Meet the Founder
I’m Alphonso Lim, founder of Confer Pte Ltd, with over 12 years of experience in the MICE industry. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with government agencies and international organisations, supporting high-level ministerial meetings and global conferences across Asia-Pacific.
I have deep expertise in language distribution — from managing professional interpreters to delivering the technology that ensures every delegate receives the message in their own language, without delay or distortion. Using ISO-compliant booths, advanced interpretation systems such as Televic, and AI-driven platforms, I integrate people and technology to make multilingual communication seamless.
